We all have patterns of behavior that prevent us from reaching our best selves. Learn what drives the self-sabotage cycle. Once you learn what to look for and see it happening, then you can make positive steps toward your best life. As a self-sabotage coach, I will help you identify your patterns of behavior, limiting beliefs, and where it's coming from. To begin you will complete a 50 point questionnaire which will help me assess your behaviors.
Once I start working with a client you will be asked to review a few videos. As you read each point and watch each video, the question to always ask internally is......" how much of my behavior that I want to change is based on the point Parveen is explaining with this video?" (you don’t have to write it out, of course, just post the question inside your mind’s eye.)
Becoming an expert in this form of self-governance (seeing your self sabotage in action and then reacting to it) is all about internal exploration. The solution to self-sabotage is always an inside job, focusing on three key areas: Identifying the self-sabotage, interfering with the self-sabotage (by challenging the dysfunctional belief system behind it), and then reprogramming with positive self-talk and repetition to reprogram for success.
We will then meet to discuss your behaviors and limiting beliefs and create a plan of action which will include mental wellness, diet, and behaviors.
